The product does not ship claims it cannot ground, and neither do we. Decisions come with their reasoning attached, so anyone can check them instead of relitigating them.

We optimize for what survives a review, not for what looks good in a first meeting. It is a harder way to build and the only one that compounds.

People here own outcomes, not tickets. If you need a large process between you and the result, this will not be your place.
